Aims

Development of a holistic model for vocational and educational guidance for Deaf people in Europe and its implementation in Europe.

This aim focuses on
  • aptitude diagnostical test procedures (personality test and cognitive test)
  • innovative guidance model for the target group including also the target group in the guidance process
The model has this holistic approach in three levels
  • Combination of different methods
  • To involve the whole personality of the participants in the process of guidance (cognitive abilities as well as social and intercultural competences)
  • Partnership
